Managing Your Waitlist

Farmshare's waitlist functionality works to fill empty booking slots as quickly as possible.

To ensure your facility is working at your ideal capacity as frequently as possible, Farmshare's waitlist manager helps you to quickly fill availabilities as soon as they open up.

How does the waitlist work?

If a producer does not see availability for their desired dropoff date when booking, they can easily join your waitlist right from the scheduling page. They will be prompted to add their contact information, species they would like to book, & their desired date range.

In the event that another job is cancelled or your capacity is increased, all producers with criteria that matches the new availability will be notified at the same time via SMS and/or email. This notification will include a link for booking & will inform producers that the waitlist is first-come-first-serve, so whoever books via the link first, will get the slot.

Can I delete someone from my waitlist?

Yes, if you need to remove a producer from your waitlist you can do so from the Customers > Waitlist page. Find the producer you need to remove & select the red "Delete" button on the righthand side of the page.

Can I as a processor add a producer to the waitlist?

Yes! In the event you have a producer requiring assistance you can manually add them to your waitlist from the Customers > Waitlist page. In the top righthand corner of the page, select the "+ Add to Waitlist" button. Enter the producer's contact information, species they would like to book, & their desired date range for booking.
