Can I delete a producer or buyer if their information is incorrect?
No, deletions of records are not a feature in the Farmshare platform. If there are duplicate records, please let us know and we can make edits or delete from the backend. Deleting records in a platform can cause more issues than it is worth.

When do notifications get sent out?

Drop-off reminders are sent at 12 EST, and cut sheet reminders are sent at 1 p.m. EST for their respective days. That's 10 a.m. MST and 11 a.m. MST, respectively.

Once an invoice is marked as paid, can I go back?

Not currently, once an invoice is marked as paid, you're not able to make edits to the invoice. If you find yourself in this situation, please reach out, and we can make edits from the backend, although it may take a little bit of time.

​Can I fill out a cutsheet for a customer?
Yes, of course. You can add a cut sheet manually and fill it out with them over the phone or looking at their past selections. Always save their cut sheet to their buyer profile to make sure you can't use it again next time.
