If you'd like to edit fields such as producer ID, live weight, hanging weights, tracking numbers, or even drop-off dates and cut dates, you can do so from the dashboard or from the calendar on the dashboard. This is the easiest way to add weights and other animal details.
For all jobs marked as scheduled, you will see a bulk action that says "Mark as Dropped Off". Click that button and select which jobs you would like to mark as dropped off.
Once those jobs are selected, you can edit the producer ID or ear tag number and live weights if you collect them. Once marked as dropped off, you'll see a success indicator in the top right pop-down, and you will see the "Enter Hanging Weights" button turn green where all those jobs are ready for the next stage.
Click "Enter Hanging Weights", and the same pop-up will open, but you will see the hanging weights as a red box, which indicates a mandatory field. Enter your hanging weights for all jobs that you want to mark as killed. You will see a 1 in a box that indicates the whole hanging weight of the animal. If you click that, it will change to a 2 where you can enter in the side weights of the animal. If you just enter in the whole hanging weight of the animal and it is split as a half on the buyer side, the sides will be divided equally.
You can do this same action from the calendar by clicking "View Day" on the day of the jobs you want to edit. For all jobs in scheduled status, you will be able to mark as dropped off, and for all jobs in dropped-off status, we will be able to enter hanging weights, changing the job status to killed.
