How do I know when my order is ready?

A quick answer to one of our most common questions.

Your processor will reach out when your order is ready for pickup! Depending on the processor's preference, this may come as a phone call, a text message, or an email β€” every facility handles this a little differently.

If you're unsure how your processor communicates or have questions about your expected pickup timeline, the best thing to do is reach out to them directly when you drop off your animal and ask how they'll be in touch.
