There's no special workflow for adding a past job in Farmshare. Simply follow the same steps as adding a new job — from the Calendar, Dashboard, or Jobs in the left sidebar — and select the historical date you want to schedule it for.
A few things to keep in mind:
Capacity indicators don't matter for past dates — since the date has already passed, available capacity is no longer relevant. As the processor admin you can always add jobs to any date regardless.
Auto-scheduling still applies — if you have auto-scheduling enabled for harvest and cut dates, Farmshare will calculate those dates automatically based on the drop-off date you select, just as it would for a future job. You can always adjust these manually if needed.
The job will follow the normal workflow — once created, you can mark it as dropped off, enter live weights and hanging weights, generate carcass tags, and proceed through the rest of the process as normal.
Tip: During your Farmshare onboarding, your full calendar for the year — including past jobs — will already be imported for you. If you notice any jobs that were missed or need to be added after the fact, just use this same process to fill in the gaps.
