Only select days with non-zero availability.
5. Choose Drop-off Slot 0:43
Identify the available drop-off slots (AM or PM).
Ensure the number of animals fits within the selected slot's capacity.
6. Select Inspection Level 1:16
Choose the appropriate inspection level (USDA or state) based on your processor's capabilities.
7. Enter Producer Information 1:39
Input your name as the producer (e.g., Joey Clay).
Optionally, add this producer as a contact for all animals being dropped off.
8. Provide Animal Details 2:02
Specify the sex of the animals (e.g., bulls).
Add ear tags for each animal to assist the processor in tracking.
9. Assign Split Type and Buyer 2:23
Indicate the split type for each animal.
Assign the buyer's name for the meat (e.g., Dolly Parton, Henry Arrowood).
10. Submit Booking Request 2:39
Send in the booking request to your processor.
Await approval notification from the processor.
