If you know the edits you want to make, it is possible to make this edits by way of "Clone and Customize" and "Replace Origianl Cutsheet"

Editing a Cutsheet

1. Assess the Situation 0:00

  • Determine if you need to edit an existing cutsheet.

  • If you know the edits, proceed to the next step.

  • If you don't know the edits, send a cutsheet reminder to the customer to re-fill out the cutsheet.

2. Access the Cutsheet 0:31

  • Navigate to the cutsheet for the beef.

  • Options available:

    • Preview the cutsheet.

    • Download the cutsheet.

    • Edit the cutsheet.

3. Enter the Editing Interface 0:41

  • Click on the 'Edit' button to manage processing job cutsheets.

  • You will see options to:

    • Select the cutsheet to edit.

    • View details of the cutsheet.

4. Select and Customize the Cutsheet 0:58

  • Choose 'Clone and Customize' to start editing.

  • Make necessary changes (e.g., change ground meat size).

5. Finalize Edits 1:28

  • Decide whether to:

    • Rename the cutsheet to create a new one.

    • Edit the existing cutsheet, and use "Replace Original Cutsheet" to replace the original.

6. Save the Cutsheet 1:40

  • Choose to save as a buyer cutsheet or house/producer cutsheet.

  • Ensure the appropriate option is selected to enable the save function.

7. Add Special Instructions (if needed) 1:56

  • If there are any additional instructions for the order, add them before saving.

8. Complete the Update 2:07

  • Click 'Save and Complete' to finalize the updates.

  • The cutsheet will now reflect the new ground meat size or any other edits made.
