1. Accessing Customer Profiles 0:00

  • If you encounter issues with a customer contact or calendar appearance, access individual customer profiles.

  • Click on the desired customer (e.g., Billy Bob) to view their details.

2. Viewing Jobs in Progress 0:13

  • After selecting a customer, check the jobs they have in progress.

  • You can view detailed information about these jobs.

3. Editing Customer Details 0:23

  • To edit customer details, locate the edit option in the profile.

  • Ensure that you have a phone number or email for every customer.

4. Handling Missing Contact Information 0:31

  • If you attempt to remove contact information without replacing it, the system will not allow you to save changes.

  • To bypass this, enter a placeholder number (e.g., 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-2-3) if the actual number is incorrect.

5. Updating Company Name 0:48

  • You can enter a company name in the profile.

  • The company name will override the first and last name on the calendar display.

6. Viewing Bookings by Company Name 0:59

  • Bookings will appear based on the company name entered in the profile.

7. Managing Duplicate Profiles 1:13

  • You cannot save changes to a profile if there are duplicate profiles with the same contact information.

  • If you encounter this issue, you will need to locate the duplicate profile.

  • To find a duplicate profile, use the phone number associated with the contact.
