How to View and Manually Update Job Statuses; including denied requests

**1. Open the Jobs list**

  • Go to Jobs on the left-hand side of the screen, if that's where your menu bar is.

  • Select All Jobs.

  • This view shows all jobs that have been scheduled, requested, changed, and more.

    2. Filter the jobs you want to review.

    Use filters to narrow the list if needed.

  • You can filter by:

    • Specific date

    • Specific species

    • Status

    • Issues

  • Review the Status section to find the job group you need.

  • Status categories include:

    • Scheduling

    • In Progress

    • Completed

  • Each category contains the individual parts of that workflow.

3. Open the job that needs to be changed.

  • If a job was denied or otherwise needs correction, click the relevant status first, if you're moving the job forward.

  • Example: if you denied a request, click Denied.

  • Then click the specific job you want to update.

4. Manually update the job status

  • In the job details, click the three dots at the top.

  • Choose the option to manually update the status.

  • This lets you correct the job’s current status when needed.

5. Force the job into the correct status

  • Change the status from Denied by Processor to the appropriate status.

  • Available options may include:

    • Scheduled

    • Dropped Off

    • Requested

    • Other workflow statuses as needed

  • Confirm by forcing the update.
