Settings > Notifications
You should see this page. All greyed out notifications will show as Inactive. All black text will signify a notification that is currently on.
Click on one to visit its own page.
Here you can toggle email and SMS on or off and also configure the timing when the notification is sent out. Once you toggle on email or SMS, you will see the respective notification type show up next to the configure button at the top. Click into those to edit the messaging for each type of communication.
Use the insert information button to add in tags that are auto-filled by the platform, such as:
customer name
drop-off date
animal type
pick-up address
manage job link
You can customize the message to say whatever you like. Be strategic about the message, adding in your drop-off link to the 'harvest complete' notification so that they can schedule their next booking, or the manage job link on the 'drop-off reminder' notification to make sure they get their splits assigned correctly before drop-off.
